1. We will glady accept exchanges/returns on all items (except as noted in ‘Items that cannot be returned’ section) within 7 days of receipt with following instruction.

1) E-mail customer service within 7 days of receipt if you decided to exchange or return with picture attachments
of the received item(s), item code, order number and the reason for your return.

2) Customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

3) Please make sure to go through our customer service representative as exchanges or returns cannot be accepted

without customer service authorization.

2. Items that cannot be exchanged or returned.

1) If the tag has been removed or damaged

2) If the parts are missing including dustbags

3) If the product is shown to be worn

4) If the product is damaged due to your mishandling

5) If your exchange/ return request is not received through our customer service

3. Please note that following items are not considered defective:

1) Items with creases that may have been made while shipping

2) Different tag placement on our product.
